About us
Adriano Ristorante has been providing quality Italian cuisine since our founding in 2004.
It is our mission to provide an atmosphere second to none, food of exceptional quality and value, wines to please every pallate, and a feeling all our customers are leaving as friends.
We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to provide you, our customer, with the best dining experience available in an atmosphere second to none.
The owner, Franco Bertoletti, opened Carlisle’s first Italian Restaurant (Franco’s) in 1974, and was recomended by Budget Good Food Guide.
From then he opened La Cucina (1978 to 1988), Michaelangelo (1989 to 1992), Franco’s at Greenmarket (1993 to 2000, now in partnership), Vivaldi (2000 to 2004), and Adriano (May 2004).
Franco and his staff always offer a very warm welcome, and pride themselves in the good food, excellent wine, and most of all the first class service.
